Ingredients for Squasgtærte

120 | g | Butter |
175 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | Garlic | |

3 | tbsp | Sugar |
4 | tbsp | Water |
Instructions for Squasgtærte
To prepare the Squasgtærte recipe, please follow these instructions:
pie dough:
Stir the butter in the flour and collect it with a little cold water, add it gradually. Then add salt and pepper and squeeze the dough into a pie. Prepare the pie in the oven for 15 minutes v. 180 degrees.
Grate sguash roughly, cut garlic into small pieces.
Whip egg and milk and add spices. Then mix the sguash, garlic and ham in the egg yolks.
Spread the egg yolk over the pie and sprinkle some cheese on top.
The pie is baked in the oven for 15-20 minutes v. 200 degrees
