Instructions for Spray Glaze II
To prepare the Spray Glaze II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour 30 grams of pasturiserede egg whites in a bowl and add lemon juice. Term nice granulated sugar in a bit of a time, while you touch around. There must be no whipped in whites, since this causes air bubbles in the glaze, and make that your ultimate work gets ugly holes.
Term also always your powdered sugar to prevent lumps in your icing. Nuggets can stop your grommets to while you work.
Keep adding powdered sugar to the remains when you drag a spoon out of the mass. Can always add more egg white if it becomes too dry, or more icing sugar if it is too soft.
Put a wet cloth over the bowl, in order to prevent drying. Spray glaze will always be a little softer after standing with the cloth over a while pga. the glaze pulls moisture from the cloth. Add a little more term flor and stir to mass again has the desired consistency.
Tips:
Can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator. I wont to be a piece of film over the glaze, and put the lid on the bowl. So is it still nice and fast when I need to use the next day.
