To prepare the Sponge cake with citrus fruit recipe, please follow these instructions:
Soften the butter and stir together with sugar. Add the eggs. Mix the flour, baking powder and grated Orange rind, and stir into the dough. Pour the batter into a cake form or baking pan and bake at 175 degrees for about 1 hour. Let the cake rest for about 10 minutes.
