The butter is crumbled in the flour and the dough is collected with the quark. Cover and cool for a minimum of 30 minutes. Stir the filling together. Roll out the dough to match a tart and pour the filling upstairs. Take it first approx. 20 minutes at 200 degrees, then add cashew nuts and let it bake another 10 minutes.
