To prepare the Spinach salad with deep-fried cherry tomatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rib and rinse the spinach thoroughly. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and stab the hole in the top of each. Turn them in a little flour. Cut the bread into the tern about 1 cm and sprinkle them on a pan with oil and garlic. Rinse the parsley and chop half, turn this into bread croutons and set aside. Cut the feta into the tern. Spice the spinach into a bowl and decorate with feta, breadcuts and tomatoes, and the rest of the parsley picked up in small dough. Served with fresh bread.
