50gGrated cheese, mozzarella 10%
500gEntire-leaved spinach, frozen

Instructions for Spinach Pie

To prepare the Spinach Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix wheat flour, graham melt and salt. Add the oil and collect the dough with so much water that it feels like a fountain. Then roll the dough to fit into a pie of approx. 24 cm in diameter. Beat the dough with a fork and preheat it at 175 degrees Celsius. Oven for 10-15 minutes.

Filling:
Boil onion and spinach under the lid until all the liquid is evaporated. Season with spices and enjoy the spinach filling on the baked pie.

Egg mass:
Sprinkle milk and eggs together and pour over spinach. Sprinkle with a few spoonful lean cheese 10%.

The pie is baked at 175 degrees Celsius. Oven for 25-30 minutes (until the egg mass is stiffened).

tips:
The filling can be varied according to light. Other vegetables can be used, such as Broccoli or a little meat can be used, for example. Ham or smoked turkey (remember to remove the fat edges).
