To prepare the Spinach and Rucola with grilled peppers recipe, please follow these instructions:
Half the peppers, remove the fry seeds and grill the peppers in the oven until the skin turns dark and begins to bubble. Cool the peppers a little and peel off the skin. Cut the peppers in a quarter. Rinse spinach and rucola well. Nip the beans, give them a boil and let them cool off. Cut the slice into small cubes. Cut the avocados into slices and drizzle with lemon. Gently turn the salad together, spread thin slices of parmesan cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
