300 | g | Entire-leaved spinach, frozen |
4 | dl | Milk |
Instructions for Spinach and Feta quiche
To prepare the Spinach and Feta quiche recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble flour and butter together and add water and eggs. Knead with way too much work makes the dough tough. Let the dough rest cool for at least an hour in, before being rolled out. Then put the dough in a springform.
Click the thawed spinach coarsely and sauté it in butter to taste with salt and pepper and let it cool a bit of mix in the spinach with thus. Whip the eggs with the milk.
Fill pie bottom with spinach/thus and pour milk mixture over to cover the spinach. Bake in middle of oven at 175 degrees C until the tart has got color, about 20 minutes.
