1Small onion-finely chopped
1Large handful flat-leaf parsley chopped
2tbspAnchovy paste (optional but tastes good in)
2canTuna in oil-drained
2-3dlBread crumbs from daggammelt bread
4cloveGarlic finely chopped
5tbspOlive oil
500gWholemeal spaghetti

To prepare the Spicy Tomato and tunspaghetti recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook the pasta al dente, in while:
Heat a large frying pan with 3 ss oil, garlic and anchovy paste in and fry 1 minute. Stir in the breadcrumbs and roast until dark golden brown. Red chop in and remove it from the heat.
