Ingredients for Spicy canyon

1 | tbsp | Curry |
1 | tbsp | Paprika powder |
1/2 | tsp | Pepper |
2 | Green paprika | |
2 | kg | Rabbit |

2 | tsp | Salt |
3-4 | dl | Whipped cream |
4 | tbsp | Flour |
400 | g | Shallots |
50 | g | Butter |
800 | g | Peeled tomatoes |
Instructions for Spicy canyon
To prepare the Spicy canyon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the rabbit into pieces of pieces. Lightly brown the butter on a frying pan. Brown the meat into small portions to make them brown brown everywhere. Put the meat in a saucepan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Clean the onions and peppers. Cut the peppercorn into strips and put them and the onions in the pan. Pour tomatoes and 2/3 of the cream in. Let the pan spin at low heat for approx. 30 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Stir the rest of the cream and flour to a leveling and stir in the pan. Let the pot boil 5 minutes more. Season with peppers, curry and lemon juice.
Serve with rice, potatoes or spaghetti
