2 | tbsp | Canola oil |
2 | tsp | Thyme |
200 | g | Carrots |
350 | g | Coarse wheat flour |
350 | g | White wheat |
5 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Spicy and soft whole grain foccacia
To prepare the Spicy and soft whole grain foccacia recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Dissolve yeast in hand-held water.
2. Add flour, salt and A38 and stir the dough into a stirrer for approx. 10 minutes.
