To prepare the Spiced musaka recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn on the oven at 175 degrees. Brown the meat on a pan with onion and garlic. Step 3-5 min. And take it off the heat. Soak the bread slices into milk and mix it with the meat. Add the other ingredients except laurel leaves, eggs and milk. Pour the dough into a greased ovenproof dish. Put the bay leaves on the farmer and put the dish in the oven for approx. 20 min. Whip the eggs together with milk, salt and pepper and pour it over the dough. Continue on for 20-30 min. Server from the dish with boiled rice and chutney.
