Ingredients for Spaghetti omelet

Freshly ground black pepper
Tomato salsa or taco sauce
0.5tspSalt
1tbspMinced parsley
1tbspOlive oil
1tspGrated lemon rind
1.5dlMilk
125gFresh spaghetti or linquine
3tbspParmesan cheese
4Eggs
60gGrated mozzarella cheese

Instructions for Spaghetti omelet

To prepare the Spaghetti omelet recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. Mix eggs, milk, parsley, parmesan cheese, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Came the pasta in and mix well.

Heat the oil in a skillet and pour half of the pasta mixture in the pan. Make sure that it is well distributed in the Pan, sprinkle mozzarella on and pour rest of mixture on pasta. Let omeletten bake silently in about 8 minutes, or until the bottom and sides are light brown.

Omeletten let slip over on a flat lid, turn it and got it back in the pan. Fry the other side 8 minutes.

Serve with tomato salsa or taco sauce.
