400 | g | Spaghetti |
50 | g | Bacon |
50 | g | Pancetta |
Instructions for Spaghetti All Carbonara
To prepare the Spaghetti All Carbonara recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bacon and pancetta roasted on a pan. When it is fried, add the sliced garlic. At the same time cook the spaghetti until it is al dente and let it drizzle.
Whip eggs and parmesan together and add salt and (good) pepper.
White wine is poured on the forehead and shortly afterwards the spaghetti is added and everything is turned together.
In the end, the egg mixture spreads the spaghetti together. It is taken from the heat before the eggs become scrambled eggs.
Server immediately.
tips:
The dish can also be added to chilli (especially Jalapeño's clothes are good). If you can not find pancetta you can only use bacon. If you have more meat, you can also add cocktail sausages. The court can also be used as an appetizer, however, the portion should be smaller.
