375 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Soft honey cake with butter cream
To prepare the Soft honey cake with butter cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
The egg yolks are whitened with sugar, the honey is melted but must not boil, slowly pour it into the eggs under constant and strong stirring. The flour in which spices and baking soda are mixed in are sifted in. The pinch whites are added.
Bake in a frying pan approx. 23x33 cm. Coated with baking paper for approx. 55 minutes at 160 degrees C. alm. oven.
Butter cream:
Stir flour with boiling water for ordinary icing. The soft butter is whipped in the glaze time after time. The cream becomes soft and very airy.
The chilled cake is flaked and the buttercream is spread over it and put together.
The chocolate is melted over a water bath and lubricated on the cake, sprinkled if necessary. With tivoli counter.
