1.5 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tbsp | Cocoa |
2 | dl | Sugar |
2 | tsp | Vanillie |
200 | g | Butter |
250 | g | Melted chocolate (dark) |
3 | Eggs | |
375 | g | Peanuts, salted! |
4 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Snickerskage 02
To prepare the Snickerskage 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Kagedej: - Stir butter with sugar
- Add the eggs, one by one.
- Mix baking soda with flour and stir in butter / sugar mixture.
- Spread the dough into the pan on baking paper, and sprinkle the peanuts evenly.
The cake is baked for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
While baking the cake, mix the ingredients into the caramel mass, into the pan and boil approx. 8 min.
- The caramel mass is distributed on the hot cake.
- Let the cake cool down
- Cover the cake with 250 g. Melted chocolate

The cake can quickly give inflatable sensations and should not be "eaten" too much, so you can freeze half or more and pick up later.
