Iceberg salad is cut well and spread out on a plate. Smoked salmon and eggs are alternately placed on the salad all around. Asparagus and cucumber are laid in the middle. The salmon is decorated with caviar (black).

Caviar, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and English sauce are stirred in creme fraichen.

The dressing is served to the salmon salad with flutes.
