To prepare the Smoked Kabliau (cod) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The fish is cleaned, dried and smoked in either a furnace or a barbeque grill at 75 degrees for one hour.
The potatoes and onions are distributed in a pan. Add the cream of mustard, salt and pepper together, pour over the potatoes. Take about 45 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees until cream is creamy.
The rosé potatoes are boiled for about 8 minutes.
