125 | g | Hellefiskfilet |
15 | g | Wheat flour |

3 | dl | Fish soup |
350 | g | Smoked halibut, sliced |
50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Smoked halibut star
To prepare the Smoked halibut star recipe, please follow these instructions:
Blend 125 g of smoked halibut, halibut fillet and egg whites. Mix the cream in. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the portion with the remaining smoked halibut and fill the fish mixture. Bake in a water bath for approx. 25 min. At 170 degrees.
Sauce: Boil fish soup and whipped cream on a pan. Cut down for the heat. Smooth with a buttercup (butter, wheat flour) and simmer for a few minutes. Add chopped dill and taste to.
Turn the serving shapes out onto plates, pour the sauce over and arrange the sugar peas in the star pattern. Decorate with fresh dill show.
