To prepare the Smoked halibut pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butterdough plates are put together and rolled out. Slice them out with a glass bowl (about 20 cm in diameter). Bake them at 200 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
Fill: Cut the halibut fine, whip the cream. Mix the halibut, cream, creme fraichen and herbs together. Season with horseradish, salt and pepper.
Lay the butterdej bottom on a dish and benefit the filling on it. Cut the halibut into wide strips and roll them together into small roses and put them on the pie, decorate with prawns, caviar, cucumbers and lemon.
