Ingredients for Slightly low fat cream potatoes with bacon

Ground pepper
optionalA little chopped mushroom
optionalA little nutmeg
a littleFlour
1000gPotatoes (fresh or forsne potato slices)
200gBacon
2-3Onions in gennmsnitlig size
3Eggs
3tspSalt
5dlMilk (all types but preferably sweet)
5dlWhipped cream

Instructions for Slightly low fat cream potatoes with bacon

To prepare the Slightly low fat cream potatoes with bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:

The solid parts: Onion peeled and chopped fine.
The potatoes are cut into slices.
Bacon opened. :)

Take a large oven-proof dish.
Throw potatoes, onion and bacon into the dish and mix it well.

Flour Mash: Mix and whip the 3 eggs, 5 dl cream and 5 dl milk, 3 teaspoon salt and pepper.

Whip the mass together (can be done in mini-chops used to chop onions).

Pour the cream into the oven dish and stir a little.

Baking: Bake in the oven at 180 degrees hot air for 75-90 minutes.
Mix if possible. Around the cream potatoes a couple of times during the baking.

When the potatoes are all ready (tasting) shake some flour that is mixed in the cream potatoes until the pulp is a little more firm in it.

Bake 5 minutes more and enjoy the cream potatoes.
