Instructions for Skvader kåls pie
To prepare the Skvader kåls pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tærtedej: Flour, Sesame and salt are mixed together. The butter is cut into thin slices and friable in meles with the fingertips. Water is added and the dough mixed to a thick dough. Let the dough rest 10 min. in the refrigerator. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured board into the shape of a large circle. Put the dough in a greased pie dish and press it lightly fixed around the edge. Then let the dough rest at least one hour in the refrigerator. This prevent dejkanten progresses under forbaningen.
