2 | Egg yolk, pasteurised | |
2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
4 | tbsp | Icing sugar |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
Instructions for Skildpaddeis
To prepare the Skildpaddeis recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs, icing sugar and vanilla whipped. Cream foam and mix in the chopped giant tortoises. Eventually reversed the stiftpiskede egg whites gently in.
The ice filled immediately in a springform Ø 22 or a smooth Bowl, covered with a lid or foil.
Frysetid 3-5 hours.
Set the shape in a tub of warm water for a moment to the ice release form, and turn out on a plate.
Garnish, if desired. with Toms-plums, Dark.
