To prepare the Shrimp souffle recipe, please follow these instructions:

The oil is heated in a saucepan and the shrimp are exchanged for a few minutes. The cayenne is added, after which the lid tree slopes over and the shrimp flamberes.

Butter melt in a saucepan, bake with flour and add milk. The sauce is boiled and salted with salt and white pepper and then cooled.

The egg yolks are added at one time to whipping and then shrimps and the pinch whites carefully and the mixture is spread into lubricant-resistant molds.

Bake at approx. 175 degrees for approx. 30 min, depending on size.

Served immediately.
