Instructions for Shepherds Pie 02
To prepare the Shepherds Pie 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sauté the minced meat in a little of the fat's the vegetables and cut them finely the meat up and sauté the vegetables Take in the rest of the fat in the meat Mix with the tomatoes and the spices let it all småsnurre in ca. 10 min. Pour mixture in a greased ovenproof dish Butter a layer of mashed potatoes on top Set right in the oven for ½ hour at 225 degrees
Tips:
This right is a fordansket version of the original, which dates from Scotland, where the Court is prepared with mutton instead of ground beef. Course is served usually in Denmark with rye bread and beetroot.
