Instructions for Sham St
To prepare the Sham St recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil liver in water in 5-6 min, drain and save the OAT grynene on a Grate. dry pan until they are light brown. Chop the onions and the cooled liver and stir it together with everything else. Stir in a little boiling water in to the mass is soft and moist but not wet.
Pour it into a greased pyrexskål that is large enough to mass can raise. Tire Bowl with 2 layers of buttered parchment paper or foil and cook it in a water bath for 3 hours.
