Instructions for Selleripuré 02

To prepare the Selleripuré 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Celery and carrot peeled and cut into terns / slices.
Then boil in water with salt and juice of half a lemon.
The cream is heated (do not boil) with thyme and a fat garlic cut into small pieces or chopped.

The water is poured from the cooked vegetables and they blend completely. Then add a little bit of the seasoned spice cream. This is mixed in. Add cream until the consistency is a fountain. Seasoned with salt and pepper.



tips:
If you want a less sweet puree, carrot can be omitted. It may also be replaced by a parsley or parsnip. Can be used as accessories for steamed or fried fish, various fried meat dishes eg. Carrots, chopsticks or chops
