To prepare the Seasoned rice recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter / oil into a large saucepan. Add onions, chili and cumin seeds and simmer for moderate heat for 3-4 minutes. Chop the chilli. Stir fish sauce, rice and water and boil.
