Instructions for Seasoned rice
To prepare the Seasoned rice recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter / oil into a large saucepan. Add onions, chili and cumin seeds and simmer for moderate heat for 3-4 minutes. Chop the chilli. Stir fish sauce, rice and water and boil. Turn the pan down completely, put on the boil and boil the rice for 10 minutes. Remove the pan and leave for 5 minutes. Lift the rice up with a fork and server dish
