Mix flour, sugar, cardamom, vanilla sugar and lemon peel into a bowl. Cut the butter into smaller pieces and crumble it in the flour mixture. Quickly collect the dough with eggs for a solid dough. Roll the dough into the fingertip bars, press them flat and cut them into pieces (a about 5-6 cm).
