Instructions for Scroll-herring
To prepare the Scroll-herring recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dorsal and view clips in to the legs. Scrape the warm clean. Sprinkle the fillets with salt and let them soak 10 min. wash the herrings and dry them with paper towels. Put a sprig of dill in each herring and roll them together from behind against the principal. Put them on the join in a large ovenproof dish. Boil brine together of the above ingredients and let it simmer 10 min. Let cool a little and then pour the brine over the herring. Cover the dish with foil and style it on the grate in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 min. to the herrings are tender. Let cool in the warm bed sheet.
