To prepare the Sausage Sauce - Sausage Gold Sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Flap the skin of the sausage and cut it into slices. Peel the onions and cut them into thin slices. Heat the oil in a pan and brown sausage and onion slices well. Stir tomato ketchup in the pan with peppercorns, peppers and salt. Pour the boiling broth and allow it to stand and spin for low heat and without lid for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with loose rice, mashed potato or spaghetti.
