Ingredients for Sausage-kålgryde

2 | large | Onion |
25 | g | Butter |
4 | Medium-sized potatoes | |
400 | g | Good sausages |
4-5 | whole | Peppercorn |
600 | g | White cabbage |
Instructions for Sausage-kålgryde
To prepare the Sausage-kålgryde recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the onions into cubes and chop them in the butter in the pan with the curry. Cut the cabbage well and swirl it with. Add potatoes cut into cubes, water, salt and pepper corn. Let the vegetables boil under low approx. 15 minutes, until they are almost tender. Cut the sausages into thick slices and put them in the pan. Boil the dish further for 4-5 minutes until the sausages are warmed. Serve a slice of bread.
