Instructions for Saturday waffles
To prepare the Saturday waffles recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, sugar and cardamom together and add the milk regularly. Leave the egg whites from the flowers, add the flowers to the dough, and the whites in a bowl to themselves. Put the dough and whites in the fridge, and let it rest for at least 20 minutes. Then melt the butter and mix it in the dough. Whip the egg whites lightly and foaming and gently stir them in the dough.
Heat the waffle iron with a little fat. Pour the dough on the middle of the waffle iron and let them bake until they are golden brown.
