Beans are sipped and blanched in boiling salted water. The larger tomatoes are cut through. The olives are extinct. When the beans are ready, the water is poured. They are mixed with tomatoes and olives in a bowl and seasoned with basil. Then olive oil is poured on. Let it stand and pull.
Pour oil and a little salt at the bottom of a pan. Put the salmon fillets and the vegetable mixture. Put anchovies on top of the vegetables and squeeze a little lemon juice over the salmon. The dish is seasoned with sea salt and a little pepper. Cooking time: 8-12 minutes depending on salmon fillets.
BASIL-Aïoli
Eggs and oil are carefully mixed together, so the mayonnaise does not separate. A good tablespoon mustard is added. Garlic is ground in a mortar with salt and basil and mixed in mayonnaise. Finally season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
