To prepare the Salmon with shrimps recipe, please follow these instructions:
The salmon pieces are spread into a greased dish. Pour some lemon juice over the pieces. Pour some white wine into the dish and sprinkle with some salt and pepper. Cover the dish with foil and style it in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 15 minutes.
Shovel smoothly. Stir the onions ready and add shrimps.
Hollandaise:
Melt the butter in a saucepan. In another pot, egg yolks, lemon juice and white wine are whipped over low heat until thicker. The clarified butter is added with constant whipping. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the salmon with onions, prawns, Hollandaise, boiled potatoes and lots of dill.
