Ingredients for Salmon with Savoykaal

1pinchTable salt
1tbspExtra virgin olive oil
1twigFresh tarragon
1tbspFresh Chervil
1cloveGarlic
1Bay leaf
1pinchPepper
1dlWhipping cream 38%
1tbspHock
1Savoy cabbage
2Shallots
3tbspVinegar
3twigsFresh thyme
40gButter
800gSalmon

Instructions for Salmon with Savoykaal

To prepare the Salmon with Savoykaal recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Melt the butter at medium heat in a large frying pan and fry the shallots and Savoy cabbage to it starts to become soft, about 4 minutes.
2. Add the garlic, white wine, vinegar, Bay leaves and thyme, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer a further 3 min.
3. Add the cream. Cook it another 2 min. 4. Finally, add the tarragon.

-In the meantime warmed the oil up over high heat and fry the salmon fillets 2 minutes on the first side and 1 min. on the other side.
Turn off the heat and let them sleep in the Pan while you are damaging the cabbage on plates and eventually put the salmon on top.
Garnish with fresh chopped Chervil and serve immediately.
