75 | g | Cold butter |
Instructions for Salmon tart 02
To prepare the Salmon tart 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: Bring flour and salt into a bowl.
Cut the butter into smaller pieces and chop it into the flour with a knife until the mixture resembles the fried cheese.
(Use your hands as little as possible - the dough must not get warm.)
Add eggs and water and collect the dough into a sphere.
Place it in the refrigerator for ½-1 hour.
Fill: Stir the salmon fillet in 1 dl water with salt for 5 minutes.
Let the fish drizzle in a door layer and cool a little.
Whip sour cream, lemon juice, egg, parsley, carrots, salt and pepper together.
Divide the fish meat into small pieces with a fork or knife and mix it in.
Mixing it all: Roll the dough out to about ½ cm thick and cover a 24 cm pie shape with it.
Peel the bottom with a fork and preheat it at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven for 10 minutes on the middle groove in the oven.
Distribute the salmon fillet into the pie.
Bake the pie at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 30 minutes.
