Instructions for Salmon steak with lemon sauce
To prepare the Salmon steak with lemon sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Salmon koteletterne placed in a baking dish. Lemon juice, garlic, minced, pressed must-parsley, paprika and bouillon whipped together in a bowl. The mixture is poured over the salmon.
The dish is covered with aluminum foil and placed in the midst of a 200 degrees oven for 20 min. Væden from the salmon is poured into a pot and brought to the boil. Stir in mascarpone.
Milk and corn flour whisked together and add to the sauce. The sauce is cooked well in through in 3 min. and season with salt, sugar and pepper, then pour over the salmon pieces.

Oranges peeled and cut into slices, which is split into 4 pieces. Broccoli and orange mixed in a bowl.
Serve with rice, cooked according to instructions on the package.
