To prepare the Salmon roasted with shrimp and dill dressing recipe, please follow these instructions:
Salmon Roast: Stir the cream cheese and spinach together. If you are using frozen spinach, make sure to clean it up and squeeze all of the water out of it first.
Lay the salmon slices a square on a piece of baking paper. Spread a layer of cream cheese with spinach on the salmon and roll the salmon to a roulade (use the baking paper to help roll it together).
Place the roulade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Dild dressing:
Finhak dild and mix it in the cremefraichen. Season with lemon, salt and pepper.
It's a taste of how much dild man wants in his dressing, so taste yourself :).

Cut the salmon sandwich into slices and put them on a plate of shrimp and dressing.
