To prepare the Salmon on spinach bottom recipe, please follow these instructions:
The spinach is cleansed and cut roughly. Put the spinach in a greased, refractory dish with fairly high sides. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a little grated nutmeg.
Place the salmon on top of the spinach and sprinkle with chopped onions. The dish is put in a 200 degree C. alm. Oven for approx. 30 min. The dish is not to be covered. No extra moisture is required, but if you like, you can add some cream or white wine.
The dish can be served as main course with potatoes, bread and possibly. Tomato salad or it can be served as a starter. Here you can skip the potatoes and calculate less salmon per. portion.
