Ingredients for Salmon Nape with Shii-take
Sesame seed sauce for serving | ||
0,6 | dl | Mirin or sake |
0,8 | dl | Japanese soy sauce |
½ | Chinese cabbage | |
1 | pinch | Salt |
2 | Bamboo shoots a 5 cm. from canned | |
2 | l | Dashi |
250 | g | Firm tofu |
300 | g | Shii-take mushrooms |
4 | Salmon chops |
Instructions for Salmon Nape with Shii-take
To prepare the Salmon Nape with Shii-take recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the mushrooms into slices. Inserts tofuen into 12 squares. Cut cabbage coarsely into 5 cm wide pieces.
Com mushrooms, tofu, cabbage, salmon, bamboo shoots, dashi, soy sauce, mirin and salt in a large saucepan and bring it to a boil. Turn down the heat, put the lid on and simmer at medium heat for 15 minutes.
Turn the salmon pieces about and let it simmer for another 15 minutes, or until tender.
Pour Salmon Nape in a heated serving dish and serve with sesame seed sauce.
Tips:
This dish is cooked traditionally in a claypot over a burner and served in the same pot. Man dipping fish and grøntsagsstykker in the sauce next to it, and at the end of måltiden soup are served in small bowls.
