Ingredients for Salmon lasagna

A rectangular ovenproof dish
0.5tspGround nutmeg
100gGrated mozzarella
12Lasagne sheets
2tbspCorn starch
4-5Tomatoes
450gFrozen whole spinach
450gSalmon fillet
5dlSemi-skimmed milk

Instructions for Salmon lasagna

To prepare the Salmon lasagna recipe, please follow these instructions:

The oven is switched on at 200 degrees.
Stir corn starch into 1 dl milk for smoothing.
Sprinkle the spinach into a saucepan, boil the spinach with the rest of the milk. (Do you have a hurry, it may dry in the milk with low heat)
Bring the jerk into the sauce while stirring.
Boil the sauce for 2 minutes.
Add half of the cheese and season with salt and pepper and nutmeg.
Cut the salmon into big tern and tomatoes in slices.
Divide in an ovenproof dish of lasagna, spinach sauce, tomato and salmon. Start and finish with a layer of spinach sauce.
Stir the rest of the cheese over and behind the lasagne for approx. 30 min.

It can be served with coarse bread.

tips:
Choose coarse lasagna plates and skimmed milk instead of whole milk. This makes the court healthier.
