Instructions for Salmon in garlic sauce
To prepare the Salmon in garlic sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dip the fish dry with a kitchen roll. Lime juice poured over, salt and pepper sprinkled and let the fillet pull into marinade for 30 minutes. Turn it around.
The olive oil is heated in a small pot by steady heat. The garlic cloves are put into the pan and lighted for 5 minutes until golden. The pot is kept warm and while the sunflower oil is heated in a large skillet. The fillet is on the forehead and fry until it is golden and thorough. The fillet is reversed once during the frying.
The fish is spread over 4 heated plates, pouring a spoonful of garlic and oil over each serving. Sprinkle with coriander and serve immediately.
Freshly cooked pasta can be served.
