To prepare the Salmon-East Star with chives, tomato coulis and sesame cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Salmon and chopsticks are chopped finely and added coarsely sliced oysters. The mixture draws a little before spice with salt and pepper.
The tomatoes are freed for kernels and chopped well with a cookie knife and placed in a bowl. Add finely chopped garlic cloves (spoon a little to sprinkle over the dish) and add 1 part oil to 3 parts vinegar and season the coulis.
Seasoned cakes: Whole eggs are whipped together and seasoned with salt and pepper, sesame seeds and herbs. A pan is heated with a little oil and add a little egg mass to cover the bottom. They must be very thin. When the seasoning cakes are stiff and golden on one side, they are removed.
On a plate a piece of lettuce leaves, a little tomato coulis and a sesame cake are rolled about the smoked salmon salad. Decorate with finely chopped chives.
