The artichokes are cooked 25-30 minutes in water with lemon and salt. The outer leaves and the heart is taken out. (E.g. as snacks are served with a good dressing.) The bottom cut into slats. The asparagus cut into smaller pieces and blanched for a few minutes in salted water. Cfire picked.
