To prepare the Sage fried chicken on pasta bottom recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chicken pieces rubbed with salt, pepper and Sage. Put them with the skin side up in a greased ovnfastfad and fry the oven for about 40 min at 225 degrees.
Cook the pasta according to instructions on package. Drain and mix the pasta with a little black pepper and 1 dl. grated mozzarella cheese.
Put the chicken pieces on a plate and advantage pasta mixture into the bottom of the ovnfaste dish and place the chicken pieces on top. Advantage the rest of the rest of the cheese on top and cakes right in 5 minutes at 225 degrees.
