Ingredients for Saffron/lime sauce

¼ | tsp | Saffron threads |
½ | dl | Freshly squeezed lime |
1 | tsp | Finely grated lime |
1 | tsp | Coarse salt |
1 | dl | Water |
25 | g | Butter |
3 | dl | Sour cream |
3 | Carrots into small cubes |
Instructions for Saffron/lime sauce
To prepare the Saffron/lime sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a pan over strong heat, but without the Tan. Sauté the carrots for about 1 min. Crush the Saffron threads lightly and add them along with the water, orange zest, salt and pepper. Got sour cream in the sauce and cook on a low heat and stirring for about 2 minutes.
Taste the Saffron sauce.
Suitable for steamed fish or fried fish fillets.
