To prepare the Sønderjysk Apple Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Knead the flour, brown sugar, desiccated coconut, cinnamon, cloves along with the margarine. The apples were peeled, cut into both and put into a greased casserole dish. Pour the lemon juice over the apples and divide the batter as a lid over the apples. Bake at 170C for about 30 mins.
