1 | letter | Active dry yeast (6 gr) |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | tbsp | Syrup |
400 | g | Wheat flour or spelt |
7 | dl | Lukewarm water |
700 | g | Rye flour |
Instructions for Rye bread without leaven in
To prepare the Rye bread without leaven in recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water, yeast, salt, oil and syrup mix and rye flour is added. Wheat flour is added when needed. Stir if necessary. with hand mixer dough hooks attached. Raises the lunt and uncovered a couple of hours. Stir lightly and pour into the form. After raising 30 minutes.
Brush with water and pricked with fork. Bake 1 hour at 175 degrees (hot air otherwise slightly higher temperature).
