Scrub or peel the potatoes. Cut them both, turn them with oil, salt and pepper and spread them on a baking sheet of baking paper. Put them in the oven at 225 degrees for approx. 25 minutes.
Divide each schnitzel into two pieces across. Put aside. A frosted plastic bag over the meat and knock it thinly with the flat side of a meat hammer.
